Backorders

If an item that you ordered is temporarily out of stock, it will be backordered.  Backordered items will be shipped as soon as they become available. You will be informed immediately if your order is backordered and when it will be shipped.

Returns

Within 30 days of the purchase, you may return any product purchased from Doctors Naturals Corp. for credit. Pack and seal your return securely (in the original package if possible) and return by US Mail (preferably) or UPS.  No FedEx, please.  Packages must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept COD deliveries.  In order to receive credit for your return, you must return ALL MaxErects received in your MaxErect pack. If you do not return ALL MaxErects received, you will not receive a refund. All credits will be placed on the credit card used for the original purchase.
