A Step by Step Guide

If your merchandise is damage and you believe it should be covered under the Manufacturers Warranty, here are the steps you need to follow.

To Start the Warranty Claim Process

  • Call us
    Call our customer service department at 866-MAXERECT (866-629-3732).
  • 3-Year Warranty
    All MaxErects carry a 3 year warranty against material defects. If the MaxErect has been cut or broken intentionally, the warranty is voided.
  • Pack It
    Place the merchandise into a box for shipping.
  • Send It
    Return the box to us.
  • Replace the Item
    If the merchandise is covered under warranty, we will replace the warranted merchandise immediately.

Limited Warranty

MaxErect is warranted for three (3) years from the date of purchase to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. If you have a warranty claim with your MaxErect, you must return the MaxErect to Doctors Naturals for inspection. Doctors Naturals may furnish replacement MaxErect or refund purchaser's original purchase price, all at the sole discretion of  Doctors Naturals. Doctors Naturals shall not be responsible or liable for products damaged by abuse, accident, neglect or intentional damage. This warranty only applies to the original purchaser and may not be transferred.

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranty to merchantability, the implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, any warranty arising out of a course of dealing, and any implied warranty arising out of a custom or usage trade. Doctors Naturals shall not be liable to any purchaser, or other person, for any, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, regardless of the legal theory asserted, including negligence, and or strict liability.
